I’m witnessing it at a place I’ve gone to for years for the occasional beer, and I’ve seen it happen at places before.

The stock slowly dwindles, I’m almost positive they’re selling drugs over the counter. How/why does this happen. Even if they’re dealing drugs, one would think it’s in their best interests to keep up appearances. Do they want to turn it into a place where regular customer don’t want to go?
