There is a woman near my apartment in Hell’s Kitchen that defecates in a recessed doorway (directly across the street from Dolly Varden at 302 W 51st St) because it is along the area of sidewalk where she lives. I’ve filed an online 311 report and nothing was done. I really don’t mind her hanging out/living there, but there is a huge pile of human feces and dried urine (I’ve personally witnessed her urinating/defecating in the spot but obviously did not take pictures) and it’s not okay. I have photos of the mess. What can I do?
