Hey,I am a student from Uganda.It’s a rainy afternoon here and I love the sound of on the roof like a drum beat.I’ve always imagined that in NYC,the rain makes the neon lights look brighter in the puddles.Is it really like that?Also,does the city ever gets quit,or is there always music and sirens?I’d love to hear about your city.
