Toured an off market condo last Thursday and told the broker I was interested. She sent me application instructions Sunday and I got everything in within the evening. It’s been a full week since the tour and the only update I’ve gotten is “it’s with the owner” when I followed up. Is this normal timing for condos or should I be concerned? I know the market moves fast but this feels like forever when you’re waiting. The broker seemed legit and the place was exactly what I’m looking for so I really don’t want to lose it. Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with similar wait times for condo applications or if I should start looking elsewhere
