Hey everyone. I have a problem. This is now the second time it’s happened and it’s one too many. I have a neighbor upstairs who forgets his keys, gets drunk, and locks himself out. I work for a hospital and there are days where I wake up at 5am. This man will buzz my apt at 1, 2, 3 in the morning multiple times. I’ve never met him nor seen him until the first night it happened. I never buzz him in and I will continue not to because he’s waking me up in the middle my sleep and I need to walk down a flight of steps to get to my buzzer. I’ve told my super about this (landlord doesn’t do anything for his tenants and my super and I are cool so I went to him) and he told me this guys been a non stop issue and has tried getting him evicted.

This man’s never introduced himself to me, never spoken to me, and is completely inconsiderate. Nothing would make me happier than some sweet revenge that wouldn’t get me kicked out of my building, but besides punching him in his mouth (which unfortunately isn’t an option if I want to keep my apt) what can I do in this situation?
