My wife and I have had our junior 4 in Queens on the market since August 2022. We’ve had a decent amount of interest, but we’re having a lot of trouble with the board. Over the last 3 years they’ve rejected 3 well-qualified buyers and I cannot figure out why. The unit is priced appropriately for the market. We have not been able to get any feedback on the reason why they keep rejecting. I’m feeling very trapped and at a loss for how to get out of this situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
