So as I was crossing the street just now (legally, with the walk light), this car starts rolling forward into the crosswalk. I rolled my eyes at that and probably did some sort of “come on really” body language. Pretty sure the guy saw that because when I was in front of his giant SUV he jerked the car forward in order to scare me. I took a picture of the license plate which is LKT 2629. Can I do anything about this? Is there a way to report him and for what? I’m fine but Jesus my heart is still pounding.
