I just went to union square for a walk and I was on the phone with someone.

Some crazy guy started following me around saying “yes yes no no.” At first I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me but he kept repeating the same thing following me and was holding his phone to my face (wasn’t sure if he was filming me?)

I ran off and booked it pretty quickly because I was so jarred, and he even tried to run after me but left me alone after I left the square.

Has anyone experienced this today? It’s crazy that it happened in broad daylight and it got me so unsettled.
