…or do you plan to eventually buy, in the city? This just popped into my head, as I am considering a move outside of the city, just because I am tired of renting, and feeling like a place is not entirely “my own.” Also, am a native New Yorker. But I just can’t justify the prices vs. the space, and would prefer not to buy in a co-op, if possible (crazy maintenance fees, needing “permission” for any renovations, etc.)
