Got dragged by an MTA bus, what else can I do?

I was running toward the bus stop this morning and a woman who was there before me was walking up to the stop, so ofc I let her get on first. As I was getting on the bus, the bus driver closed the door with my arm inside. I was not able to pull my arm out, and the driver started pulling away from the curb, dragging me along with the bus. It wasn’t until I bumped into the bus stop pole that she stopped to open the door and let me on. Luckily I was only dragged a couple steps and not more. I’m pretty sure it was the woman who got on before me who told the driver to stop because she asked if I was okay. The bus driver did not even look at me and didn’t even apologize. She literally acted like I did not exist.

I filed a complaint on the MTA website with all the details and also made a FOIL request for video footage. My arm/hand is okay, I’m just shaken up. I just wanna make sure this driver gets reprimanded. Thankfully someone noticed I was getting dragged before it got any further. Is there anything else I can do in this situation?

This was the Q54 bus at Metropolitan Av/80 St
