He’s been doing this for a year, cops and management won’t do anything about it. I’ve got a curtain in the window but if he can see you at all he’s going to do it. What can I/ should I do? I’m willing to rock his shit but not get in trouble.

Edit for clarification; my kitchen window is one floor above his bedroom window both are inward facing and about 6 ft apart. Sorry for being vague I just felt like he might see this and know if I was too specific. Also he’s got a penis pump now so I really want him to stop this hobby of his for the people asking.
