I just had a delivery up there to 116th to find out I had to walk down two blocks and then back up to get to Amsterdam. How are they allowed to just close off a public street from pedestrians?

Does Baruch college close off their plaza exclusive to students? No. It’s absurd that Columbia thinks they can rule over the neighborhood.
