Shop NYC Top

So I recently moved into a new apartment for the past 3 months. My apartment has yet to drop anywhere below 89° F while having fans set up. There’s no vents in the apartment and the only thing I can do is open windows up. I bought an AC but that’s not even helping. I’m so done it’s ridiculous the floors are always burning and I have to take 3 showers a day to keep cool. I do not know what to do any more
