Gyno-frequenting peeps of the city – has anyone encountered an office that offers anesthesia/pain management for IUD insertion/replacement?

I know the NYT recently pulled an article saying “oh shit science shows that should be a thing” (no shit) but I’m due for a replacement soon and need a new office since the last one described it as “three light crampings” — hoping that due to visibility there will be more options than before.

I’m in north Brooklyn but will travel to any neighborhood if it means avoiding that hellish pain
