There’s some sort of encampment of hippie/goth people camping/being-homeless on St Marks between 2nd Ave & 3rd Ave. Serious Asheville, NC vibes if you’ve ever been. I think they suck. They block the hold sidewalk. One guy was lounging and scrolling through his phone while blocking the whole sidewalk. They also block entrances to restaurants/stores. The disrespect for public space and other people using it really gets to me. Does anyone have any advice? Am I just being a “Karen”?
