So I was talking to friends and it seems everyone making like 100K-300K was roughly looking for around the same apartment prices. It seems like the minimum viable apartment for people who make tad more was like in the 2500-3000 price range. Even some that make like 200-300K were still looking for apartments that are like 2500-2800 (sometimes).

Obviously neighborhood dependent. But im curious what you target and what your income is.

EDIT: Stop whining at my that you “shouldnt need to pay more because I make more”. I not once claimed you should ffs.
