I’m curious for the ones paying over $10k for a rental? Why. Online I seen rentals for $10k, $15k, $29k. Why would anyone especially pay $29k for a rental rather purchasing your own place. I don’t understand that. Can someone just share why you’d rent something that much rather than buying. Thanks
