I tried reporting to 311 as an abandoned vehicle, and they sent the request as a “non emergency police” request, which was subsequently closed and the reason says “this complaint does not fall under the police departments jurisdiction.” Do I call a tow company then? They have been taking up 2 spaces of parking and parking in my neighborhood is horrendous as it is. And no I’m not going to try talking to them about it. If they’ve gone to the trouble of chaining a massive metal shelf and a construction barrier to the front of their car, I think they are well aware of what they’re doing.
