Does anyone know where I can go to get full panel STD testing in Lower Manhattan? Preferably low cost because I don’t have health insurance.

I think I was drugged and sexually assaulted last night. I’m very confused and anxious right now but my number one concern is getting tested for STD exposure including HIV.

I tried googling but was overwhelmed by options, I would appreciate if some kind redditors have some could point me in the right direction please.
