I have been a frequent park goer for years, and I’ve never seen such crazy dog/owner behavior till recently. Some including (all unleashed):

– an off leash puppy that almost got torn to shreds after consistently pestering a reactive dog while its owner yelled “not friendly”

– children being chased by growling dogs

– dogs stealing random people’s food

Like it’s so wild right now. Get it together, people. Put your dog on a leash.
