I travel a lot for work and have been told by drivers they were reluctant to pick me up because I have a “bad rating”.

My Uber rating is 4.73 . I don’t know why it’s that low. I’m always outside as they pull up, and I just chill in the back without talking.

I’ve heard that some drivers in New York will give you one star for the slightest annoyance . My friends who live in NY also have a rating right around that .
