For example, walking halfway and entering a building or waiting at the corner to cross does not count as a walk. – The question is number of walks and not number of unique people, so multiple walks from the same person count.
– Answer should be a specific side of a specific block. For example, “the west side of 7th Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets.”
