Why tf is cereal so expensive but limes are 15 for $2

Every grocery store here, I notice that cereal is like $6-10 a box, whereas in other cities, that same cereal is $4-5.

It’s one consistent thing I notice that’s weirdly overpriced, all while certain produce they’re like giving away by the truck full.

EDIT: I was buying cereal to make Rice Krispies for Thanksgiving.

I’ve never seen 15 for 2 lines but I have seen 8 for 2. It was just an exaggeration
