Family harvested 100 lbs of ramps from our farm — where should we sell/share in NYC?

Hi everyone, My family has a small farm upstate that we’ve been working for about 70 years and this spring we had a really strong ramp harvest. We’re sitting on roughly 100 lbs of fresh ramps that were ethically and sustainably foraged. We’re not a commercial operation, just looking to share what we have and ideally sell directly rather than let any of it go to waste.

I know ramps are pretty sought after in NYC this time of year, especially with chefs and at farmers markets, but I’m not totally sure what the best route is for selling them: * Direct to restaurants? * Farmers markets? * CSA-style pickup? * Something else?

Would love any advice on the best way to move them, pricing expectations, or even specific places/people to reach out to. Appreciate any guidance!
