If PATH ran more frequently in the weekends and evenings, would JC be much more desirable for New Yorkers to live in?

From what I’ve heard, a lot of New Yorkers and people who move to NYC don’t choose to live in JC (even if they save 3-4% of their income by avoiding city tax) because PATH runs very infrequently on weekdays and in the evenings, which makes getting to the city a massive hassle (and kills the point of being in NYC in the first place, to an extent)

So if PATH were to have a much higher frequency of trains (say a 5-8 min headway) even late at night and on weekends, would JC become substantially more popular for New Yorkers to move to?
